Update On Steve DeCaprio's Case: Sentencing Wednesday Morning At 9am

by update
A judge has told Steve he can see a public defender but has also said that Steve will be receiving jail time (for squatting an abandoned building). Steve is currently out on bail.
Sentencing will be Wednesday May 18th at 9AM in the same courtroom as last time (Room 105 of the Wiley Manuel Courthouse, 7th + Washington Sts., in Downtown Oakland).

In some other cities, the children burn down these types of long-abandoned buildings every October 30th. The fire department finds it to be a pain.

What is the resolution of this case? How much time did he get?

I suspect there will be no more updates since the persecuted Steve DiCaprio can no longer post here and promote his cause due to a lack of web access at the Alameda County Jail.

FREE STEVE DICAPRIO FROM THE INJUSTICE SYSTEM!!!!

Those are the first words that come to mind when I read this article and the outcome. Also, I would love to give a big THANKS to Steve. Who, at the expense of every other tax payer in the city and state, wasted thousdands of dollars in city and state money in an attempt at personal gain. Big thumbs up to you buddy. Have fun in the big house!

So this guy thinks he should get someone else's property just becuase he broke into it? Give me a break. Get a job and by a house, I do not feel sorry for him at all. What is is with lefties thinking they are entitled to everything without working for it?
