AR 2005 National Animal Rights Conference July 7-11 in Los Angeles
The national animal rights conference is being held this year from July 7-11 at the Westin LAX Hotel in Los Angeles. It is hard to convey how wonderful it feels to spend a few days in an environment where you are surrounded by like-minded people, where you never have to ask whether there is anything vegetarian to eat, where you can sit down at breakfast or at the bar and strike up a conversation knowing you have something fundamental in common with the stranger next to you. On top of that you learn lots, and get to listen to many interesting folks, some of whose work you might already know, and some of whom will be brand new to us all.

The program features 100 sessions, including workshops, raps, campaign reports, and high-level discussions of our movement issues and tactics.
