A party celebrating the victory of forest defenders
A Party for the Victory of the Pepperswab Plaintiffs against Humboldt County Sherriffs and Eureka Police will take place this evneing Saturday, April 31 at the Berkeley Fellowdhip of Unitarian-Universlasits at Cedar and Bonita Sts in North Berkeley. The Festivities begin with food from 6pm-7pm, and then Plaintiiffs, Lawyers, and the Community celebrate this victory against the torture of forest defenders til 10pm. All supporters of the environment and civil liberties are invited.

Amazing how big of a party a DOLLAR can buy these days. Of course I'm sure the cost of this party will be considered Court Cost.

Just wondering,if the police are still spraying protestors, or when the last time that the police sprayed a non-violent protestor was?

Are you asking in general, or about the cops who were sued in the pepperspray case? Protestors haven't been swabbed with q-tips to the eyes since 1998 (that I'm aware of). But Humboldt County sheriffs pepper sprayed a crowd in 2003 during a treesit extraction.
