Badlands guilty of discrimination
Popular SF bar Badlands found guilty of racial discrimination by HRC.
Racial discrimination is the Castro??!! (gasp!)
San Francisco HRC today finds that Badlands owner Les Natali has consistently discriminated against people of color in his hiring practices. He has also repeatedly harassed black patrons and denied many of them entrance into his sad little bar.

Send the rich white pig an email and tell him what you think.

"rich white" owner. Well, that sort of gives away your agenda, doesn't it?

That someone who doesnt like the wealthy focuses on the case doesnt have much bearing on the case. The HRC is mostly rich and white and have solid evidence of racism at Badlands. If the owner of Badlands wants to whine that he is being targetted becaude he is rich and white I doubt he wil get much sympathy since most Castro area bars are owned by rich white men and its pretty obvious that Badlands was focued on because of its actions (and how its owner and defenders have responded to the accusations) rather than becasue of who owns it.
