The Working Assets Speaker's Series presents Jennifer Baumgardner and Amy Richards discussing their new book "Grassroots: A Field Guide for Feminist Activism" and why the "generic three" -- giving money, contacting politicians and volunteering -- aren't enough. The pair offer suggestions on how to make an impact in your community and give useful, effective advice based on the experiences of community organizers around the country. Our program includes a free lunch available starting at 11:30 a.m. Please plan to arrive early as all guests go through the security procedures of the building, which require picture ID.
