Back on the street blues

Can we please start bulding the "culture of life" right here in our own country with the growing number of poor and homeless. Ok yes we have programs but are thay acessable to the actual poor and homeless. Thay are filled with catch 22 background and credit checks, empty promises and empty funds that make them pork barrels for developers that tear down once afordable houseing.
