Take to the streets community outreach event.

Put on a smile and help engage others in community service on Tuesday, April 19th, 11:30am-1:30pm, in San Mateo County at designated volunteer hotspots. You have a choice of three locations: Burlingame, San Carlos or Redwood City. You will work with a fun group of people, get a free t-shirt and be invited to attend our Hats Off Celebration on April 22nd.

Here's how to participate:
Let Allia Ramahi know that you want to help, then show-up at the designated meeting place in your city of choice a half hour before your shift to pick up materials and have a brief volunteer orientation with our staff team leaders. When you contact Allia you will be given further details.

Can't make this date? No problem! Volunteer to distribute postcards to local businesses (cafes, libraries, bookstores, etc.) in YOUR neighborhood on YOUR OWN TIME! All you have to do is call and arrange to pick up your cards at The Volunteer Center. Bring your friends and family!
