A power brown-out caused by Pacific Gas & Electric ceased the web stream of Enemy Combatant Radio, the station hosted by indybay.org. The mire of old equipment and plethura of gizmos caused it to be down a second day. Engineers and dilitants are working on the problems. Streaming will resume before the Apocalypse or the Impeachment of Bush, whichever comes first.
