Gay Shame offers an alternative to the "mainstream" gay culture and welcomes anyone who wishes to come. We address issues of racism, classism, homophobia, gentrification and heteronormativity in queer culture, through direct action and demonstrations. We will not be satisfied with a queer culture based on assimilation to hetero norms.
