delaware & fifth streets in Berkeley
at 8:45 to 9:00AM be prepaired to be on the move at 9a.m. sharp. if you see any police please pretend to disperse but go in small groups to the intersection of Sacramento and Market where we will give you further instructions. hide signs and banners dress square, blend in.

it was a real, scheduled event for the Governor, but, he cancelled, probably because of the decision to abandon the pension initiative

people were planning to go there to protest

it also looks like, maybe, he actually wants to spend time in the office in Sacramento, perhaps recognizing that his plans to convert California into a West Coast banana republic failed
