Senate Bill 600 = Toxic Revelations

by The Toxic Reverend (elves [at] justice.com)
The simple facts are that chemical companies developed chemical and biological weapons for our country. Back in World War One and Two, they made things like nerve gas. At some point, the watered down the nerve gas and started calling them "pesticides". This report (157) documents that the chemical companies and the pharmaceutical companies are really controlled by the same people.

Now that is a business plan, called "Poison for Profit" (157). Even more disturbing is what is termed "the revolving door" from these companies and their executives into many of the high ranking administration offices of our government, in Washington DC. From the National Institute of Health to the Food and Drug Administration and beyond.

The ramifications of this California enate Bill 600 to test California residents with cancer and other chronic illnesses will correct what is wrong with our health care system and reverberate throughout the world. This includes such statements as "Toxic Victim or Mentally Ill".

The leading grass-roots type of organizations backing this are

"circling their wagons" with The California Body Burden Campaign (CalBBC)

The Gospel of "Toxic Revelations " needs editing, but a ruff draft is posted. Actually, it is a chapter from a book that Ihave been working on.

What I need is ome help editing the work. Here are some excerpts:>

Even more disturbing is what is termed "the revolving door" from these companies and their executives into many of the high ranking administration offices of our government, in Washington DC. From the National Institute of Health to the Food and Drug Administration and beyond.

"The revolving door" is easily shown with an Internet www.google.com search term, "revolving door washington DC drugs chemical companies".Industry has know for over fifty years that it has been poisoning us and paid out millions to settle cases and seal the records (26). Small wonder that the Chemical Industry Manipulates Science, Bends the Law and Endangers Your Health (81).

The ramifications of this California enate Bill 600 to test California residents with cancer and other chronic illnesses will correct what is wrong with our health care system and reverberate throughout the world. This includes such statements as "Toxic Victim or Mentally Ill".

http://www.breastcancerfund.org/calbbc/Senate Bill 600 (the prior bill was Bill 1168, & SB 689), of the California State Senate, could help to heal our "toasted" health care system. This bill "failed" in a California Assembly committee, in the Summer of 2004. It's author (Senator Ortiz) and it's proponents have vowed to bring it back again, next year (2005).

The fact is that testing for toxic chemicals in humans has not been done with patients that have chronic illness, cancers, mental illness and so on. et.

See the Gospel of "Toxic Revelations" for more, including probable influences with police shootings and domestic violence. Just think about this. "He used to be such a nice guy. Wonder what made him change like that"? Excerpts from:> from Toxic Revelations http://www.angelfire.com/in/sickbuildingsyndrome/tr.html

A Congressional Report states that of the 1,400 chemicals known to cause cancer, less than 6% are tracked (145B). to workers and the public, an Energy Department report finds.

"Take spacer.gif" spacer.gif" Help Us Solve the Breast Cancer Prevention Puzzle
California is now poised to establish a voluntary, community-based biomonitoring program to understand human exposure to chemical contaminants,_4405111257606.jpg" through state Senate Bill 600, authored by Sen. Deborah Ortiz (D-Sacramento) and Sen. Pro Tem Don Perata (D-Oakland), co-sponsored by the Breast Cancer Fund. Passage of this bill, the top recommendation for preventing breast cancer from the 2002 International Summit on Breast Cancer and the Environment, would provide a model for the nation.

A recent Oakland Tribune investigation revealed surprisingly high levels of toxic chemicals – from sources like nail polish, furniture, nonstick cookware and Gore-Tex products – in the blood of four Bay Area family members. The newspaper analyzed which chemicals were in local residents’ bodies, where they came from and what effect they have on human health. As with the establishment of a connection between lead exposure and brain development 35 years ago, researchers are discovering new burdens of chemicals in people and linking them to cancer, birth defects and infertility.

New X-ray Film Will Cut Radiation
For the first time in 20 years, Eastman Kodak Co. is_44051156337609.jpg" rolling out a higher-speed X-ray film that can halve a patient's exposure to radiation and lessen the need for retakes, according to the company. Shipment of the Hyper Speed G medical film began in March. Because radiation is the best-established environmental cause of breast cancer, the Breast Cancer Fund supports this and other means of reducing exposure, including California state legislation that would reduce exposure to radiation.
