In Israel (proper), you said? You obviously have no proficiency in the facts. Also, what do issues pertaining to the disputed territores have to do with freedom of religion for Muslims?

Everyone in Israel gets stopped at random checkpoints and gets searched going into bars, malls, or any other public places.

The police involved in the killings during the Galilee riots were disciplined, and I have no idea of the family of the suicide bomber from Um Al Fahm had their home demolished. I suspect not.

Or were you referring to people in the territories, not all of whom are Muslim? You do have a point in that unlike the first intifada (1986-1992) the second intifada (2000-2004) was a religious Jihad that the Christians largely sat out.

This, of course, has nothing to do with the Muslim freedom to worship how they choose in Israel without reprecussion.

On the other hand, Jews are restricted. Of course, they can pray how they like, when they like, but only the Orthodox is officially recognized. While the government supports Muslim, Druze, Bahai and nearly a dozen Christian offices, there is but one for the Jews -- Orthodox.

This would be like the Anglican Church being the only recognized Christians in England.

Jews may not pray or conduct any religious activities on the Temple Mount, their most holy religious site.
