Spectrum's Community Open House on April 4th celebrates ruling
affirming equality for same-gender couples
Date/Time: April 4th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm

In light of the recent Superior Court ruling affirming equal rights
for same-gender couples, Spectrum Center for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual
and Transgender Concerns will be hosting a community open house on
Monday, at Spectrum, 1000 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Room 10, San
Anselmo (Marin County).

The event will feature an installation from the nationally-touring
photography exhibition, "Spouses for Life: A Wedding Album." Pamela
Peniston, Executive Director of San Francisco's Queer Cultural
Center, will be on hand to speak about these extraordinary
photographs as well as QCC's pre-eminent national arts festival
which takes place in sync with LGBT Pride festivities each June. The
open house will also be an opportunity for community members to
learn more about Spectrum's programs and volunteer opportunities.
The event is free of charge; light refreshments will be provided.
Please RSVP to Hannah at 415-457-1115 x206.
