ARTonBART witnesses WANTED

looking for witnesses of my arrest at the ARTonBART on thursday nite.

so party on BART was really fun till it escaleted and ended up with arrest and 14 hours in 850 bryant. I AM OUT on OR ...thanks to all who helped me get out especially to John Viola (thank you thank you john) .My charges are misdemeanors obstructing officer and battery on officer. i pleaded NOT GUILTY and my court date is set for april 21st......i am deperately looking for witnesses. please email me ASAP how can i get in touch with you.
write down what happenned. it is us against the bartcops so more witnesses i have better for me.THANKS A BUNCH. and keep on fighting.

Tell me (and since this is a pubilc "utility", us) about what happened. How did people get to know about this happening, and how can we (they) get to know about future events?

§Somewhat of a witness

Yep, I was on the same train, although, I was in a car up towards the front. Saw about 15 bart cops with billy clubs intact running down the platform with a small group yelling at the bart cops to let you go... I saw them drag you up the escalator.

What exactly happened in the car that created such a flurry of bart cops? Obviously, you werent homeless or holding a fork in your hand or else they would have shot you.

I once walked in still drinking something from a plastic bottle and the bart police gave me a warning flyer that they could give me a $140 ticket for doing that. I guess they really don't bother with parking ticket scale enforcement in BART.
