attend. I've heard some of the women speak before and really loved it. Debra Arbuckle Alameda artist & ALPS/OOTI member Beth Bourland will be part of "The World of Girl-Centric Comix," a panel discussion focusing on historical and contemporary female cartoon characters. The panel features S.F.
