Carol Cross will present a slide show travelogue on Cuba and its Health Care system and Don Bechler will speak on what we can do to bring Universal Health Care to California.

Speaker Bios:
Carol Cross, a Green Party member and Peace and Justice activist, is a frequent traveler to Cuba. Her presentation will go beyond the Cuban health care system to give a wider picture of life in Cuba.

Don Bechler, chair of Health Care for All’s San Francisco Chapter, will speak on what we can do to bring Universal Health Care to California through the California Health Insurance Reliability Act (CHIRA), SB 921.
