2. Beit Surik struggle continues
1. Brian seeks justice.
Brian Avery thanks all those that helped make it possible for him to
attend his Supreme Court hearing Monday.
"I hope the investigation continues until someone is found
accountable. Hopefully this will make them think before they shoot
that they might be held accountable." Says Brian.

2. Beit Surik struggle continues
Tomorrow residents of Beit Surik village will return to the
construction site of the wall to protest the theft of their land.
They will be joined by Israeli and international activists.
The march will leave the centre of Beit Surik, north-west of
Jerusalem, at 800am.
The mayor of Beit Surik, Mohamed Kondil, was arrested on Monday
while negotiating with soldiers at a similar demonstration.
He is currently being held at the Ofer detention center.
Today a large gathering of demonstrators and media postponed the
construction of the wall on Beit Sourik land.
During Monday's demonstration, the Israeli border police threw
stones at the demonstrators and undercover agents arrested people
from the crowd (footage available upon request).
