Friday- PRESS RELEASE Eddy's Medicinal Gardens

As Pastor Seth I RastafarI, delegate media contact of the tragically
raided "Eddy's Medicinal Gardens and Multi-Denominational Chapel of
RastafarI," it is my great honor to inform you, the media, of the
RastafarI missionary service to take place this Friday afternoon, February
the 25th, 2005 AD, at the following location: 450 Golden Gate, San
Francisco, the State of California Republic, USA.

Pastors of the faith RastafarI shall publicly honor the traditional
religious ceremony consisting of Itall incense burning and communion
offerings of Holy Ghanjah before the Great Federal Courthouse Building.
The ceremony will begin at high noon and shall continue for the duration
of Juan's hour, or at least until these peaceful sermoners are publicly
subdued by any locally-recognized military force.

The self-described "Reverend Eddy" Lepp was detained under federal
authority on February 16th, 2005 A.D. Mr. Lepp has maintained a hunger
strike in protest of his relatives being "unfairly targeted by generals of
the Federal War on Drugs." This "unfair force of military action" occurred
throughout the homes and properties understood to have belonged to several
ministers from the Christian Chapel of RastafarI. This includes land
publicly owned and operated by Mr. "Reverend Eddy" Lepp, located on 941
and 975 East State Highway 20, as well as 9176 Upper Lake Lucerne Road,
Lake County, California Republic, USA.

Mr. Lepp has been known internationally over the last decade for his
outright compassion and service to victims of the "Federal War on Drugs, "
especially with concern for the growing of "narcotic medicinal marijuana"
for his cancerous life partner: the beautiful Linda Senti.

Mr. Lepp collapsed on Wednesday, February 23rd, just moments before his
scheduled arraignment. He was transferred to an emergency care facility
immediately following demands for medical attention. He was treated for
less than twenty-four hours, then sent back behind bars to wait for his
"detention hearing before the magistrate judge" to take place Friday
morning, February the 25th, at 09:30 am with Judge James on the 15th floor
of the Federal Courthouse Building, 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco, the
State of California Republic, USA. Mr. Lepp has remained in federal
custody nearly two-hundred-forty hours without having been heard by any
judge. The Chapel RastafarI has high hopes of "packing fully" the
courtroom for Friday's determination.

Anyone who has studied alongside this brave man, the "Reverend Eddy,"
knows all too well the difficulty he suffers daily from bipolar
post-traumatic stress concerning his suffering during his time at conflict
throughout the savage lands of Vietnam. His family struggles day and night
while giving care for the unimagineable pain and doubt from which Eddy
never seems to come home. It is as though whenever a weapon is fired on
the living room television, this poor man finds himself either returning
deep into the jungles of war, or, even more so as of late: the terrible
witnessing of his children being held at gunpoint by employees of multiple
federal authoritarian agencies, as has happened twice during the past
year.

It may difficult at first to decipher who was growing "medical marijuana"
for whom at site at the Chapel of RastafarI in Upper Lake prior to the
February 2005 pirating, but after only a few hours on the couch with
anyone of the devout supporters of this great "Christian Church," it
becomes painfully clear that Eddy is an incapacitated man attempting to
provide loving care for his cancerous, wonderful wife, while at the same
time providing for many sick members of the RastafarI Juan Family.

This "Federal War on Drugs" is believed by many RastafarI to have unfairly
targeted the ministers of (the Saint) Linda Senti's Chapel of Cannabis and
RastafarI as "defined by the State of the California Republic's Religious
Freedom restorations Act of 1993 A.D." The events of February 25th shall
mark the demonstration hosted by this fine group of newly-rising holy
women and men.

Several advocates shall assist any RastafarI taken into custody by making
sure that the doctors treating these exclusively Itall patients do so with
the utmost respect for the Itall Way of living respectfully to the Juan's
Mother Earth. RastafarI are often falsely diagnosed as "psychotic
anorexic" by primary care providers when hospitalized. This mistake is a
tragically common one made by unfairly judging the faithful RastafarI
practices of both the "refusal of western medicine" and strict observance
of the "Juan Itall diet of that which is slave-free."

A strict religious diet is observed by many of the most faithful
RastafarI. The Itall way of the California RastafarI calls for the
consumption of only pure spring water, " Protein-and-Essential-Acid-Rich
and Non-Psychoactive" Raw Kosher Canadian Hemp Fruit, Raw Kosher Canadian
Hemp Oil, Raw Sustainably-Harvested Sea Vegetables, and, most importantly
: the Chapel's own uniquely-balanced blends of Locally-Harvested Organic
Free-Trade Raw Fruit and Vegetable "Home-Pressed Kombucha-Enriched"
beverages.

Hempfruit and oil is more commonly known as "Hempnutt product" and can be
secured through many of the finest grocery store chains found throughout
these great United States of America. "Medical marijuana," which is one of
the few prescibed "energy therapies" recognized by the faithful RastafarI,
is often unavailable to prisoners of war, even when as provided for under
law by the State of California Republic Senate Bill 420.

Advocates of the faith RastafarI now fill a crucial role in support of
their sovereign brothers and sisters. Devout monks of the faith RastafarI
have been prepeared to suffer starvation whenever deprived of the Holy
Sacrament: Mary Juan's Kosher Fruit of the Holy Ghanjah. Also, at possible
jeopardy may be the rights providing for the refusal of medical treatment
throughout the religious observations of the faithful RastafarI.

All ministers with the exclusion of the "Reverend Eddy" Lepp taken into
custody on February 16th are safely in their respective homes throughout
the State of California Republic, USA. Danial Barnes has been sent home to
the Chapel of RastafarI on the condition that no "marijuana" shall be
available on this site. How this shall apply to the Holy Communion of
RastafarI Ghanjah thoughout the remaining fight of this "War on Faith"
will be an interesting story to be unfolded during the coming days of this
newly-emerging RastafarI Political Republican Movement.
