.in bellingham wa., 80 miles north of seattle, a black man was run over and died , by a white guy shoting n@##$r epithets.this happened in early 2003.the police chief in bellingham wa. , randy carrol said this wasnt a hate cime.if thats not then what is?? the adress of the bellingham police dept is 505 grand ave , bellingham wa.. ask them why killing a black man and using a racial slur is not a ''hate crime''.the nature of the racial slur wasnt publically published, but from the grapevine from reliable sources indicated that a ';'kill niggers'' type ''slur''.this is only the tip of the iceberg for bellingham wa. i witnessed a black kid having to protect a young black girl from a white youth who was calling the black girl a ''nigger''.please spread this news all over the net.people need to know about police and citizen abuse in bellingham wa.PLEASE spread this news!

The fact that the person who wrote that stupid epitaph misspelled many words demonstrates his ignorance. I guess President Bush's call for American unity fell on deaf ears or, in reality, was all words and no action.
