"The Take" by Avi lewis & Naomi Klein

Since the National Movement of Factories Recovered by the Workers we want to make public our total opposition al documentary that is premiering itself in Argentina: "TAKES IT", produced and directed by the Canadian Naomi Klein and Avi Lewis. By the experience acquired participating actively in the recovery, put in operation and consolidation of more than 60 factories in all the country.

It Takes is it a film that is promoted since a documentary one that relates the fight of the factories recovered by their workers", but in reality is a clear testimony of the illegal character that can come some conflicts have, what can turn out to be very dangerous for all the assembly of the factories recovered that us do not we see represented by said documentary.

Already since the title we can see one of the reasons by which the workers that are in their factory subsequently are ousted or they live in state of permanent tension begging that that moment never arrive.

Matilde Ballerini, the Dr. Atilio Gonzalez, Dr. Germán Páez Castañeda, Dr. Juan Manuel Gutiérrez Hair, the Dr. Fernando Ottolenghi, Dra. Norm I Gave Notto, the Dr. Angel Oscar Rooms, the Dr. Juan José Dieuziede, Dr. Juan Roberto Gariboto, the Dra. Julia Villanueva, from Cordoba the Dra. Beatriz Mansilla of Mosquera. They lack the respect to the traditions and history of the Argentines.

Here we are a town that has lived large fights by the National Liberation, we do not need that the foreign intellectuals come us to tell who we have to vote ó that we should do ó if we did it badly.

The only factory Low Working Control is Zanón of Neuquén and is not representative of the more than 100 factories recovered through Cooperative of Work.

"LA TOMA" (THE TAKE) NO REFLEJA LA REALIDAD DE LAS FÁBRICAS RECUPERADAS EN ARGENTINA

El Movimiento Nacional de Fábricas Recuperadas por los Trabajadores quiere dejar en claro su total oposición al documental La Toma de Avi Lewis y Naomi Klein

Desde el Movimiento Nacional de Fábricas Recuperadas por los Trabajadores queremos hacer pública nuestra total oposición al documental que se está estrenando en la Argentina: "LA TOMA", producido y dirigido por los canadienses Naomi Klein y Avi Lewis. Por la experiencia adquirida participando activamente en la recuperación, puesta en funcionamiento y consolidación de más de 60 fábricas en todo el país.

La Toma es un film que se promociona como "un documental que narra la lucha de las fábricas recuperadas por sus trabajadores", pero en realidad es un claro testimonio del carácter ilegal que pueden llegar a tener algunos conflictos, lo que puede resultar muy peligroso para todo el conjunto de las fábricas recuperadas que no nos vemos representadas por dicho documental.

Ya desde el título podemos ver una de las razones por las cuales los trabajadores que están en su fábrica son posteriormente desalojados o viven en estado de tensión permanente rogando que ese momento nunca llegue.

Ocupar o tomar un espacio configura el delito de usurpación, lo que inevitablemente ante la denuncia del dueño del lugar, obliga al juez o fiscal a librar una orden de desalojo contra los trabajadores. Lo único que evita el desalojo es la ley de expropiación, creada por este Movimiento de Fábricas Recuperadas.

Estamos de acuerdo con que hay que cambiar la legislación -hemos elaborado un proyecto de reforma de la ley de concursos y quiebras-, pero mientras tanto hay que abrir camino entre las actuales normas legales y judiciales. El artículo 14 bis de la Constitución Nacional ampara a los trabajadores a permanecer en los puestos de trabajo ejerciendo el derecho a huelga.

Lamentamos que se quiera utilizar la recuperación de fábricas para una acción política internacionalista dentro de la lucha de clases antiglobalizadora con un claro matiz ideológico marxista y ,desde esta mirada de materialismo dialéctico, es visto todo este proceso.

Desde este Movimiento no estamos de acuerdo ni con el Título LA TOMA, ni con la consigna OCUPAR, RESISTIR Y PRODUCIR, ni con el guión de la película.

Nada tuvo que ver la situación política para que un grupo de trabajadores, como lo fueron los pioneros de la fábrica GIP METAL S.R.L. actualmente Cooperativa de Trabajo Unión y Fuerza quienes en agosto del año 2000, comenzaran este proceso de recuperar el trabajo desde Avellaneda.

Solo se necesitó la firme convicción de sentirse artífices de su propio destino y se buscó la colaboración del Estado Municipal y Provincial, a través de los concejales, el Intendente, los diputados y senadores provinciales junto al gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos Aires que tomaron la decisión política de ayudar a los trabajadores para que salga la primera Ley de Expropiación el 28 de diciembre de 2000.

Desde este Movimiento estamos agradecidos a todos los funcionarios públicos de todo el territorio Argentino por que más allá de su color político y de la situación de emergencia están colaborado con la recuperación de las fábricas.

Sentimos que se nos faltó el respeto a todos los Argentinos y a los trabajadores de las fábricas recuperadas en particular porque han mezclado el proceso político y la devacle económica con nuestro esfuerzo.

Se quiere poner a toda la dirigencia política en la misma bolsa, a los jueces y al Presidente de la Nación Argentina Dr. Néstor Kirchner, mostrando como que los argentinos somos tontos porque mayoritariamente lo eligieron para que administre los destinos de nuestro país; intentan mostrar que todo va a seguir igual por que el presidente firmó un acuerdo con el F.M.I, para no aumentar el estado de cesación de pagos.

Sabemos que el Presidente de todos los Argentinos ha instruido a los funcionarios Nacionales para que apoyen a las Cooperativas de Trabajo que recuperaron fábricas en todo el país.

Así también la mayoría de los jueces de la República Argentina que colaboran activamente dentro del marco normativo para reabrir las fábricas.

Sin lugar a dudas la Doctora Adela Fernández es una de ellas como la Dra. Matilde Ballerini, el Dr. Atilio Gonzalez, Dr. Germán Páez Castañeda, Dr. Juan Manuel Gutiérrez Cabello, el Dr. Fernando Ottolenghi, Dra. Norma Di Notto, el Dr. Angel Oscar Salas, el Dr. Juan José Dieuziede, Dr. Juan Roberto Gariboto, la Dra. Julia Villanueva, de Córdoba la Dra. Beatriz Mansilla de Mosquera. Para solo nombrar a algunos de los jueces que actuaron en concursos o quiebras.

El documental tiene graves errores de diagnóstico de la realidad social Argentina.

Quieren mostrar a la Doctora Adela Fernández del Juzgado Nacional de 1º Instancia en lo Comercial Nº 18 en una posición dura contra los Trabajadores y la realidad es todo lo contrario.

Además de cometer un grave delito de grabar una conversación en el despacho de la jueza junto al secretario y a la sindicatura, en una audiencia. Este es otro acto fraudulento que repudiamos absolutamente.

Ella ha apoyado a los trabajadores de Forja San Martín y a otros como el frigorífico Yaguané y a los de Sánchez Gas S. A. actualmente COOTRAGAS, quienes tienen la tenencia precaria otorgada por esta misma Jueza.

Entrando en las historias que se cuentan, el personaje ERNESTO "LALO" PARET fue expulsado de la fábrica Forja San Martín por los trabajadores reunidos en Asamblea debido a que este señor les quiso traer a los gerentes de la ex Zanello actualmente PAUNI S.A. para gerenciar la fábrica, les decían que los trabajadores se encarguen de trabajar que iban a cobrar un sueldito y ellos se ocuparían de la administración y la comercialización.

Esto se repitió en otras dos oportunidades a través de otro empresario y luego de la Universidad de San Martín la que se puso para administrar un crédito de $ 100.000 que supuestamente era para la fábrica, pero que en realidad no lo era, cosa que también rechazaron los trabajadores junto a la expulsión de este "personaje" que nunca fue trabajador de Forja San Martín.

El MNFRT es el iniciador de este proceso que lleva ya cuatro años, existen otros que lo quieren tergiversar para saciar apetencias personales, otros, para saciar intereses políticos.

Le faltan el respeto a las tradiciones e historia de los Argentinos.

Aquí somos un pueblo que ha vivido grandes luchas por la Liberación Nacional, no necesitamos que los intelectuales extranjeros nos vengan a decir a quien tenemos que votar ó que debemos hacer ó si lo hicimos mal.

El pueblo argentino puede ser que no sepa a quien votar pero sabe bien a quien no votar. Por ejemplo a los partidos políticos con ideologías que impulsan el discurso que ustedes mandan a través de este documental, como lo son el de ocupar las fábricas, de imponer la lucha de clases para que las fábricas queden Bajo Control Obrero; esos partidos no superaron el 2% de los votos a nivel nacional en la última elección.

Tenemos el ejemplo de los trabajadores de la textil Brukman que fueron orientados por las consignas: Ocupar, Resistir y Producir o Brukman Bajo Control Obrero. El resultado es el desalojo violento del 18 de Abril y la represión del 2l, luego estuvieron 8 meses en la carpa hasta que se cambió la estrategia y el 29 de diciembre volvieron a su fábrica triunfantes y hoy se encuentran en pleno trabajo.

Como el documental deja poco en base a lo que viven los compañeros en la recuperación de las fábricas porque inesperadamente introduce las elecciones nacionales, realiza un documental político que no refleja en nada ese gran desafio de poner a funcionar las fábricas dentro del Estado de Derecho y de la Constitución Nacional.

Además dentro de la distorsión se suma que presentan a la Cooperativa de Trabajo Vieytes Limitada, ex Ghelco como si estuviera Bajo Control Obrero y la realidad es que es una Cooperativa de Trabajo, lo mismo ocurre con: Forja San Martín, Coopertiva de Trabajo 18 de Diciembre, (ex Brukman) y la Cooperativa de Trabajo Astillero Navales Unidos, (ex Sanym S.A.)

La única fábrica Bajo Control Obrero es Zanón de Neuquén y no es representativa de las más de 100 fábricas recuperadas a través de Cooperativas de Trabajo.

El Control Obrero se suma al planteo teórico de la estatización, también postulado por amplios sectores de los partidos de izquierda, por eso debe ser que el único diputado que habla es Luis Zamora creador del (MAS) Movimiento al Socialismo y ahora de Autodeterminación y Libertad, jamás lo vimos recuperando fábricas.

El Movimiento Nacional de Fábricas Recuperadas por los Trabajadores quiere dejar en claro su total oposición al documental La Toma de Avi Lewis y Naomi Klein por todo lo expuesto.
