Co-presented by the GLBT Historical Society, NCLR Elder Law Project, New Leaf Outreach to Elders, and openhouse.

An inspiring story of enduring love and a vital reminder of activist impact, No Secret Anymore celebrates the fifty-year relationship of Del Martin and Phyllis Lyon. Pioneers in the LGBT equal rights movement, these remarkable women are equally outspoken about the important role that seniors play in our community.

Directed by internationally recognized documentary artist JEB (Joan E. Biren), the film tenderly chronicles their enduring passion and political activism through archival photographs, interviews and cinematic surprises

Del and Phyllis courageously launched the Daughters of Bilitis in 1955, the first public organization for lesbians in America. With additional groundbreaking work on lesbian mothers, sex education and family violence, this couple has advanced the rights of women, lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people everywhere.

Don’t miss this special free screening of one of the decade’s finest documentaries!
