1/22 Saturday, 10 am SF Pro-Abortion, Anti Bush March

We can show the maximum strength of the peace and women's movements at a daytime, Saturday march on Jan 22 at 10 a.m., starting at Powell & Market (Powell BART station), going to the Embarcadero, where we will meet an anti-abortion gang of idiots attempting to bring the Nazi Bush agenda to San Francisco. We will line their 3 mile march.

If it was impossible for you, as it was for me, to attend the nighttime demonstration against Bush on 1/20, please make every effort to join us on Saturday during the day, when it is warmer, and you probably have more time.

THIS WILL BE AN ACTION DEMONSTRATION. The fascists are attempting to invade our City which voted 85% against Bush and which is pro-abortion. They are using the anti-abortion idiots as a Trojan Horse to bring the Nazi Bush agenda to San Francisco. The fascists will be marching from Justin Herman Plaza at Embarcadero & Market to the Marina Green, a 3 mile hike. We will be lining their parade.

It is the pro-abortion march that is the walk for life and by definition, to be pro-abortion is to be pro-life. Abortion saves women's lives and guarantees that every child is a wanted child who receives the maximum care society can provide.
We will be celebrating the 32nd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision won by our women's movement, part of the peace movement of 1973, guaranteeing our right to a safe and legal abortion.
