1/14: Update about return of property- some victories

Thought folks would like to know that a patient and caregiver cited by
CHP in Marin County was recently awarded his 2 pounds of manicured
medical marijuana returned. The CHP willfully complied with the court
order to return the property.

Also, this Wednesday (1/12/05) Omar Figueroa called the ASA office to
let us know that his client in Oakland had been awarded a court order
for the return of 37 plants and 5 1/2 pounds of manicured medical marijuana.

I think we're beginning to chip away at law enforcement's "culture of
resistance."
