Oil on Ice *Award Winning*, Locally-Produced Film About the Arctic Refuge

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is on the top of the Bush Administration\\\'s hit list for the new term.

Oil on Ice, which had its San Francisco premiere at the Film Arts Festival, is have an encore screening at the Jewish Community Center, 8 pm Wednesday 12/8.
