Actually, I live just outside of SF, in the wonderfully conservative valley. Where my 6 figure income and my company helps the CA economy to thrive. I do not live in Jesusland - I am not even a Christian! We want JUST SF to secede. Tin foil hats would get thrown in the air - yahoo!

Learn to live in an ever increasingly mature and conservative culture or learn to leave it. If you leave it, develop your own infrastructure and do not leach off us. i would encourage extended voyages, with brief returns to vote in 2 and 4 years-- back where one's folks live, not out here on the solid blue coast. it was only a percent or two difference in most places.
