I grew up here and I always knew there was something. When I look at the Bart Trains with Armed guards never Livermore, I want to say....Look at them from the corner of the eye and if when on a witness stand, a lull or disorientation hits your thought process, and if there are no other people around, such as large events, beware. You might have just been hit with something you do not even understand.
