"Solidarity: Community United with the Locked Out Workers"

Donation: $5-$25 sliding scale (no one turned away for lack of funds)
Proceeds benefit San Francisco's locked out hotel workers and their families

Come to hear updates from the locked out hotel workers and from community organizers, learn what you can do in solidarity, learn and sing labor songs, make posters and signs, view powerful footage of past successful labor movements, and raise critical funds for the locked out workers

Then come with us to the Flying Picket to San Francisco hotels locking out their workers and show your solidarity with the workers!

Featuring community updates from the rank-and-file; Kelly Dugan, Community Organizer, HERE Local 2; Gifford Hartman, Organizer of the Flying
Pickets and alum of New College of California's Activism and Social Change BA Completion Program; and Harjit Gill, Community Organizer, IWW and student, New College of California's Activism and Social Change MA Program

This event is part of the Arts+Activism Series of New College of California's Activism and Social Change Emphasis Area BA Completion and MA Degree Programs.
