Examiner article about the latest in the struggle to keep Golden Gate Park from being overrun by cars.

[C]urrently under scrutiny is the authority's proposal to expand a portion of Martin Luther King Drive to four lanes, two of which would be specifically designated for Muni and vehicles accessing the garage.

Opponents, including Katherine Roberts of Trees Not Cars, said the favored proposal is being rushed through both the Concourse Authority and Recreation and Park Department with too little public input.
