Armed with an electric violin, a ukulele and bass, Bitch
headlines her tour with a new band and a fistful of politically charged and personally wrenched songs from her upcoming release. With her atypical instrumentation and wildly dramatic stage
persona, she is adding a feminist voice to the sea of
increasingly inspired activism. Bitch's new song RISE is a moving political anthem that takes one woman's political frustration and sick-of-this-shit outlook and turns it in to political liberation as she sings "Dare me to rise and I'll rise." She has performed RISE at several political gatherings in New York and left
audiences on their feet. She is timing this tour with the
election, hoping to add fuel to the ever-growing activist fire.
