On Oct. 2, Military Families Speak Out will join Veterans, including those who fought in Iraq, religious and peace groups in a National Memorial Procession from Arlington National Cemetery to the White House. 12 p.m. -- Memorial Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, Women's Memorial
1 p.m. -- Memorial Procession to the Ellipse just south of the White House
2 p.m. -- Concluding Ceremony at the White House
The National Memorial Procession is sponsored by over 30 local and national organizations including Military Families Speak Out, Veterans for Peace, Iraq Veterans Against the War, Iraq Pledge of Resistance, American Friends Service Committee, and Peace Action.
