Presentation/Discussion around the Security Housing Units in California prisons. These units are isolation cells where prisoners are in a 6x8' cell with no humyn contact, fresh air, and little access to books or the outside world, often for years at a time.

Presenters will be addressing health, legal and political aspects of these torture cells. And we will be hearing from prisoners being held in the SHU through letters they have sent to us for this event.

This is part of a series of events across California building the United Front to Shut Down the SHU. This is your opportunity to find out more and get plugged in with this growing movement!

This event is sponsored by the Revolutionary Anti-Imperialist League.
