Mark equality plea "on the money"

To the San Francisco Bay Times:

Dale Duncan urges us queers and our allies to "Boycott for Equality" on Friday, October 8.

SUN invites all adults to body-paint for peace on the following afternoon -- Saturday, October 9th, at Baker Beach, around 2pm or so. Details at [http://pages.prodigy.net/seniornude].

And here's a protest we can each make daily, all year long: We queers and our freedom-seeking allies should mark an equal sign ( = ) on paper currency when it passes thru our hands.

This silent message won't represent any particular organization or group.
And our equal-rights demand won't be limited to marriage, nor even to queers.

On the money, this symbol will remind everyone that equal rights inherently and inalienably belong to citizens of ALL races, colors, creeds, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and marital statuses.
