An Historical Presentation on Palestine and Slide Show of last year's International Solidarity Movement Olive Harvest Campaign -- $5 to $10 donation requested, no one turned away for lack of funds.

Sept. 25 and 26, 9:30 AM to 5 PM
Must pre-register to receive location information
An intensive, two-day training to prepare volunteers for participation in ISM's Fall Olive Harvest Campaign or future ISM campaigns. This weekend intensive will help prepare you to go to Palestine with the International Solidarity Movement or other human rights groups.

History and politics of Palestinian liberation struggle
Non-violent direct action in Palestine
Cross-cultural issues for U.S. internationals traveling to Palestine
History and structure of the International Solidarity Movement
Affinity group formation, functions, and consensus decision making for solidarity work in Palestine
Issues of racism, privilege, and oppression for internationals in Palestine
Media work
The potential dangers involved, coping with stress and trauma...and much more.
