to wit:
Kushner -- with his family and some associates -- has contributed more than $350,000 to McGreevey since 1997 and over $1 million to state Democrats. He is on the boards of a number of colleges, including New York University.

McGreevey rewarded Kushner by naming him to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and wanted to make him chairman, but Kushner resigned when questions persisted about the legality of his campaign donations.

He founded the Kushner Hebrew Academy in Livingston and is active in numerous charitable causes.
