The SF ZIne Fest is coming up on September 4-5, and there's still some table space available for local DIY publishers. Also, the organizing collective is still accepting proposals for workshops relating to independent publishing.

The third annual San Francisco Zinefest will take place on September 4th
and 5th at CELLspace (2050 Bryant ST in SF). Featuring 60+ small press
vendors and free workshops relating to the independent publishing
community, the fest will be open with free admission to the public from
10am to 4pm.
