random revolutionary poetry

by ms d. meanor (luddite [at] cave.net)
a random burst of poetry
Oil and fear.

This poem is not meant to be Sanskrit,
not literary alliteration.
Behind white walls, lies become holy writ
An ever changing justification

Hot sands drink soldier’s blood, sweat, dreams and fear,
Death deals and oppression of young and old,
Lives swapped for land and oil. Bush will not hear
The staccato burst of gunfire. Breath sold.

Raw cities raped of dignity. Statement
To a lack of community. Now hate
breeds like full maggots on the dead. War sent
for profits justifies an impeachment.

Be a dissent to war riddled cancer,
don’t be their sacrifice, be an answer.

Freedom means

The war in Iraq is not play station
real lives to Bush are not even third rate.
The patriot act to incarcerate
its lies are a Bush hallucination
war is democracies ruination
with these words I hope to incinerate
war drums. Like fire words can obliterate
oil wars are tyrannies destination

Embrace your freedom it is your birth right
American revolutionary
A cold draft blows, it isn’t second sight.
learn to organize. Its not a mystery
how oil wars have become our nations plight
herding us down the road of tyranny.

Or

embrace freedom for it is your birth right
antitoxin to the corporate sin.
Learn to organize not a mystery
the draft is coming its not second sight.
organizing is the way to win
Americans love to fight tyranny.

Hamster worker

A work ethic is a northern industrial disease
40 hours a week of living your knees.
Hamster wheel industrial life is misery,
Agrarian cultures had time for tea.

Time is the ultimate luxury.
Time is true freedom you see.
Freedom to watch a tree.
Freedom to sit on your porch.
Freedom to watch birds and bees,
To organize, sleep, garden, freedom can mean
just
to be.

On your knees Hamster your life is misery.

Lazy and without a work ethic
means free and rich with time..
All the gold you gather gains
not a minute at the grave.

Lazy people are the best

You see work ethic is an industrial disease
Work ethic has clear-cut all the trees
Work ethic polluting sea to shining sea
Work ethic is a chain binding humanity

to spinning the earth into industrial calamity.

Lazy people don’t pollute,
Lazy people in war don’t shoot.
Lazy people don’t clear-cut
Lazy people don’t kill

But folks with a work ethic often will.

I’ll work a few hours as I can.
I’ll organize the rest is my plan.
Cause the planet may die my generation,
If work ethic don’t die for true liberation.

Earths misery

O sea to rising sea
O global warming reflecting the earths misery.
As George Bush declares it a mystery

O sea to rising sea
As island countries disappear into the sea,
some countries soon to be history.

O sea to rising sea
Hear a pleas for sanity.
A few mens profits equals corporate tyranny.
As the tides rise the poor have nowhere left to flee,.
the president claims CO2 isn’t his cup of tea.
Either tides rise sea to rising humanity.

O sea will rise meeting human misery.

Birthright

Alight to a birthright,
Iraq will not right with might.
Iraqi democracy is not in sight.

Second fight the draft is in sight call it insight.
Shining light turn on the mental headlight.
Words can hit like a searchlight sit tight.

Overnight Iraq has become our plight,
Bush wanted to be warlike.
And now its global midnight.

Mtn top removal

O ever plains of acid rain.
O mountain tops blown into a plain.
O uranium contaminated aquifers are insane.

O mountain tops of travesty blown into a flat plain
O uranium contaminated aquifers are quiet insane.

That Mountain tops covered in acid rain.
Are blown apart make it happen again
Disposable watersheds now
down
the
drain.

Non Sonnet verse

Accredit this isn’t Sanskrit
Corporate search for profits has no limit.
People acting like currency is holy writ
Here is my point to whit:
If we don’t stop them the outcome is sick.
Corporate control of our lives leads to a pit.

Be a dissenter to the status quo cancer,
Here is a cipher, don’t be their butler
instead forge your life into a dagger
Fight like a berserker hear my blather.

This is not literary alteration
corporations have captured our nations
station.

Solution?

Cooperation. Grassroots dissemination
control our own information.

Democracy by the gun is a hallucination.
Don’t settle for imitation
Freedom must be fought for not
born in
isolation.

Mutual aid

Our lives the corporations seek to
obliterate.
Careful revolutionaries you they will
incarcerate.
Learn to no longer tolerate how they
operate.
Allow me to innumerate.
Not prone to exaggerate.
With words you can incinerate.

In acclamation I support Bush
Abdication.
Lack of calculation drunk on
power auto-intoxication.
Into guerilla war bush has dragged,
this nation.

Hijacked nation.

Nations station, pinpoint this isn’t exaggeration.
War in Iraq aint no game on play station.
How many marines to the gallon at the gas station?
It’s the bloodiest form of corporate taxation.
Meanwhile many poor living on kennel rations.

It’s calculation this abdication
of our government this is an accusation,
no alliteration. I speak without trepidation.
In Iraq is tyrannies newest manifestation.
Oral insubordination hear my
incantation. Fight the corporations
capturing our nations
station.

Gallons of blood

Six quarts of blood in the average human
being.
At a gallon and a half this poem will soon be
obscene.
You see in Iraq we have lost over 700 human
beings.
While the bloodied sands absorb this
holocaust.
Gas is quiet clear so no one realizes the true
cost.

700 times a gallon and a half.
Equals 950 gallons that’s Rhyming math.
950 gallons of blood of our soldiers is disturbing..

The Iraqi civilians killed number ten
thousand.
Of gallons of blood thats
fifteen thousand

That’s enough to fill a hotub for
Haliburton, George Bush and Betchel its quiet
disturbing.
To contemplate blood tub partying
Blood enough to fill a swimming pool.
And though the sacrafice gives me a fright
Bush Can have a swim party all the long night. .
.

off to sleep.
