End Circus Torture

Please be a voice for the voiceless and a beacon of light for those hidden indarkness. Please participate in this Wedesday's protest of Ringling Bros.circus. Did you know that Ringling is owned by Feld Inc., a mega-entertainment corporation that also owns Disney on Ice, Siegfried and Roy, and other entertainment acts? Do you believe that animal welfare is really a concern to this corporation? Or do you believe that these animals are exploited for theprofit of make Feld Inc.? Look at the record--scores of bears, elephants, tigers, and other captive animals have died from neglect and been killed afterrampaging for their freedom. Scores of humans have been killed and injured as aresult of captive animal attacks. Remember these animals do not do tricks bynature: the tricks are whipped and beaten into them. Clandestine footage taken by animal liberation activists documents this in case after case. You can see it with your own eyes if you watch how the "trainers" (saidsts? torturers?) yell at, whip, and intimidate the animals during the "performance."

Animal circuses equal animal abuse. These beautiful wild creatures deserve freedom; they deserve to roam freely and form natural social organizations. They do not exist for our purposes, and they certainly do not exist in order to be humiliated for our entertainment.
