An Israeli court ruled that an American detained for her pro-Palestinian activities could be deported. The court ruled Thursday that Anne Robinson-Peter, who has been held in a cell at Ben-Gurion Airport for two weeks, could be deported for her activities with the International Solidarity Movement. Robinson-Peter says the group promotes nonviolence, but Israeli officials say the group interferes with counterterrorism operations. Two members of the organization have been killed by Israeli forces in the past two years.
