Take your vitamins
Vitamins strengthen your immune system, helping you fight HIV.
Can multi-vitamins slow AIDS?
Taking a daily multi-vitamin pill delayed the progression of HIV-AIDS in malnourished Tanzanian women, according to research results published July 1st in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Vitamins don't directly attack HIV, but they strengthen your immune system, helping your body to fight the virus.
In a study conducted in Dar es Salaam, each pill contained three times the recommended daily allowance of vitamin E, and 6 to 10 times the RDA of B-complex vitamins and vitamin C.
For details, please see N.Y. Times:

In my queer opinion (IMQO), one could safely take larger doses of water-soluble vitamins.
But be cautious when taking fat-soluble vitamins.
