Urgent: Doubletree in Berkeley on the Marina is Going to Fire Immigrant Workers Today

Sorry, but an SSN non match means that they are using someone else's SSN, which is just a teensy bit illegal. The bad news is that when you use someone else's SSN, all your credit for time worked and amount contributed goes to the holder of the real SSN. Sorry! Game over.

Sorry but what is wrong with paying taxes into a false SSN? What then ends up happening is that the Govt and "citizens" end up benefiting even more from the work of "illegal" immigrants when they reap a multi-million dollar windfall each year of money paid into the system that can not be taken back out by anyone cause it is based on a fake identity and SSN.
Think about that...and remember the old addage above.

What's going on today?

So i just heard that the workers that were threatened by the general manager of the doubletree to be fired yesterday for having badd social security numbers were given a 30 day reprieve because of community pressure yesterday and last week. the doubletree management may not yet know how amazing the workers are at the doubletree, or how much support they have in the community, but if they check their history a little...They will quickly realize that the support for the workers at the Doubletree(formerly the Radisson)is very strong in this community and area, and the workers will call them in whenever they are faced with any threats or difficulties in renegotiating their contract.
