Family of Rudy Cardenas meets with the Santa Clara County Human Relations Commission

We the Family of Rudy Cardenas met with the Santa Clara County Human Realtions Commision back in May and asked if they would support our position in asking for an open grand jury hearing into the murder of my uncle. They had us meet with the justice commitee and a letter was drafted and sent to assistant DA Karen Sinunu. The meeting we had this pass Tuesday(06/22/04) was to discuss what the DA's response was.The DA said they would continue to ask for an open grand jury but the final decision would be up to Judge Hansen. There will be a meeting between the DA and Judge Hansen on the 16th of July. The Human Relation Commission said they would send the same letter they sent to the DA to the judge asking for an open grand jury. Just as a side note my uncle was mudered by STATE AGENT MICHAEL WALKER BUT, The San Jose Police Officers Association is asking for a close Grand Jury. They say a open grand jury is not fair to the officer. What does The SJPOA have to do with a state agent??? I do not know. Do I hear some one say COVERUP?
