June 23 - Rally against ICE/INS Raids in the Mission
stop all raids!, that the city denounce the raids!, & that the police and FBI not cooperate with the INS stop violating the human rights of immigrants who are under custody of the INS
Defend Immigrant Rights!
We are community groups, immigrants, and allies outraged by the recent raids in the Mission District and throughout California. Join us in defending the human rights of immigrant workers.
Our demands are:
· stop all raids
· that the city denounce the raids
· that the police and FBI not cooperate with the INS stop violating the human rights of immigrants who are under custody of the INS
Join us for a press conference and meeting with the I.N.S/I.C.E. Denounce immigration raids in our community!

What a strange analogy. Your home is a private space, free for you to run it however you like. Dictatorship, autocracy, monarchy, democracy, republic, straight fiat. Anyway you choose. Also, the break in part... why even speak to that, it was a poor analogy, bub.
This country however is a different matter, and nothing like a private home. "Give me your tired, your poor, your restless..." Your country is based on this very ideal, without exception, my friend.
And if you'd like to "deport them all now", I suggest you ask yourself who would do all your grunt work for you, if not for the people who have to do it in order to secure some resemblance of a living wage?
And then of course comes the question, if you're so concerned with your part in aiding and abetting these "illegals", why not just legalize them, and end that problem, and if you give the population shpeel, you ought to have facts and figures that are precise to back that one up.
And how is the land of the free gonna track all of its "illegals" without proper identification?
You're angry, yes it's evident. But with whom are you angry? One more thing, I'd like to know what harm a so-called "illegal alien" has ever done to you?

all non-native people living in this country are "illegal" aliens. the U.S. has no legitimate right to any of this land. it maintains its power solely by force.
