VIGIL IN HONOR OF CAMMERIN'S LIFE
What?

On May 5th, one month ago, Saturday, San Francisco police officers shot and killed 29 year-old Cammerin Boyd in front of dozens of witnesses.
For years, SFPD has had a "shoot first, lie later" policy, especially when it comes to black people and disabled people. Ineffective investigation and discipline mechanisms have allowed this pattern to continue and develop into a culture of impunity within the department.
Come with Bay Area PoliceWatch on Saturday evening to honor Cammerin's life, support the Boyd family, and continue the fight for justice.
