POLICE TELL ME TO GET OUT

On May 30, 2004, the police returned. Sgt. Marty Mesteth told me I had until tomorrow to get out. If I didn’t I would be arrested. Then he handed me a court order which is a notification of a continuance of a hearing scheduled for May 7th to May 14th at 1:00pm. The hearing concerns my restraining order which I withdrew, and an eviction hearing, of which I have not received the findings of the BIA. In short, Judge Lisa Cook has scheduled a hearing without the knowledge or consent of Larry Bodin, Supt, who told me he would send me a letter of his investigations. Why did the judge deny my restraining order before a hearing, then send the police out to evict me, without a proper hearing? None of this makes any sense to me.

The only thing that makes sense is that Judge Lisa Cook, Louise Big Boy, and Frieda Marshall have a plan to get rid of me, before a proper determination is made, because my house happens to be located on the 2 acres of Church land. And Louise does not have a legal claim to the 158 acres because that is submarginal land. Futhermore, she is not an heir to any of this land. Where’s the proof? Why should I move out when no one can produce a deed or bill of sale that says they own this land?

And what is this notice of hearing set for the 14th, delivered on the 30th? If I am being evicted, which the police say that is what they are here to do, then where is my court order that tells me to move, and outlines a time table, with provisions for my belongings and property? Since there is no provision, no court order, I can only assume they are attempting to frighten me off and seize my property, and use quasi legal means to do it. Louise is claiming that I am a white woman who has no rights. So far, based on how I have been treated, she is right. What are the charges that should be made against these people?
