Israel's Crime against Rafah
Israel is in the process of a war crime against the people of Rafah, Gaza, as part of its effort to ethnically-cleanse the area of Palestinians out of this area of their homeland. Do not say you did not know.
At least as many of 1,000 people in Gaza have been made homeless in the last week due to the home demolition policies of the Israeli government, that is fully backed by the Bush administration and John Kerry. Already well over 15,000 people have lost their homes by home demolitions carried out by the Israeli government (often using Caterpillar bulldozers) in the past 3+ years.
The people of Rafah also continue to be terrorized from the sky, by F-16s and Apache helicopters that continue to shower them with bombs and bullets, creating many casualties.
Please do all you can to resist this violence and terror that goes on in our name.

dear jim, the apaches are shelling us right now, many many fragments and parts of injured people everywhere in the area, i wasnt able to identify the body of my relative who get killed, they brought him to the hospital as parts and fragments, i cant beleive how hani arrived like this, cant cant really cant, why they shell him with a group of children , why , i dont know why god why is this!! hundreds of houses are demolihing now . a spanish radio called me and they were surprised to hear the yells of the injured people and the apaches shelling the houses, and the noises of the bulldozers and people asking for help.. so many parts of bodies are under the rubble of the houses.
oh, this journalist needs his laptop coomputer now, it has only 18 % or electrcity, he needs it now, as he lent it to me for 10 minutes to write this tow e-mails , as the elctrcity is off and so many many injured and killed people here.. still the doctors can't identify and collect the flesh parts of the injured and killed people.. they can't do anything at the moment. i'm exhusted and tired now, i'm faint, yes the soldiers targated shoot towards the camera, i take pictures for some parts and flesh spread in the ground here.. they are shelling everyone here, im in bad need now for protective bullets vest, i need to protect my body now from those bullets, i need a protective vest and it's not founded here, i used to use one of of the vest of my friends, he is wearing it now.. not so many journalists to cover the masscers, but i dont know even that camera didnt take the picture that my eye want to take, it's a poor camera and a slow.. i dont know , i must find a way to get the vest cose i'm really in bad need, ohh, shelllllllinsnnsg shelling shellllling now now
they are shelling use more from the apaches and f61s , many injured and killed people, the ambulances cant reach the area, i will deliver that computer for that journalist, cose it's ringing lack of batteries, please please and for the sake of those children do tell the people about what is going on. tell them about the parts of the bdoies here.. well, more rockets now, i must leave now to the enterance of the hospital to report things here.

We need a new democratic candidate. This is unacceptable.

Cannot be retaliation since 2922 Palestinians have died since the struggle for Palestinian Freedom began in Sept. 2000 and only 950 Israelis have died. Seems like the Palestinians have a long way to go if we do the eye for an eye concept.
So it must just be Provocation on the side of the Israelis so that the conflict does not end and they can continue to confiscate Palestinian land and demolish Palestinian homes, etc, etc. (other atrocities).
For there to be true and just peace we need a Palestinian State Now.
For there to be Peace and for there to be a reason for the Palestinian People to stop their fight for Freedom:
We need a Palestinian State with Reasonable Border NOW, If the Road Map that is backed by the U.S., U.N., E.U., and Russia is to work...
Send in a Joint, U.S., U.N. Peace keeping Force to the West Bank and Gaza for the sole purpose of trying to avoid conflicts between the Palestinian and the settlers..
Then have the Biased (biased because they will always be on the side of the settlers) Israeli Military retreat to the pre 1967 Israeli Borders, They can then concentrate their effort on guarding this Border..
Example of a possible solution:
SET THE BORDERS BACK TO 1967...
In return the Refugees have no Right of Return inside the 1967 Israeli Borders..
One complaint that Israel has is that the Right of Return will result in two Palestinian States, (The Right of return is almost impossible any way because the land and homes they lost are now built up with Jewish homes businesses etc…)
The Refugees can be compensated and helped to settle somewhere in the new Palestinian State..
The Settlements are now part of Palestine...
If the some 300,000 Israeli Settlers living in Palestine do not like living there, they can move to Israel...
If the 1,000,000 or so Palestinians who now live in Israel do not like living in Israel, they can move to Palestine...
If 1,000,000 or so Palestinians can live in Israel, then some 300,000 Israeli Settlers can live in Palestine if they choose to stay..
If you take Israel, West Bank and Gaza, West Bank and Gaza is only 22% of the total area in Question, This small amount is not too much to ask for millions of Palestinians who must have their freedom to have a peaceful life.
If this solution was implemented there is a good chance the so called terrorist (seen as freedom fighters by the oppressed Palestinian People) would stop their fight, if not they would be very foolish because then Israel would have a just cause to fight back and the U.S. would have a just cause to help Israel fight back.
Otherwise we will continue to have:
Israel: We have to confiscate Palestinian land and demolish Palestinian homes because there are suicide bombers???
Palestine: We have to defend ourselves because Israel is slowly confiscating all our land and demolishing our homes. We have no military to defend ourselves and our land. If we do nothing, we will soon have nothing at all???
The era of colonization is past,. We can not expect to oppress millions of Palestinian People and still have peace.
