Death Penalty Democrat AG Lockyer Caters to Lynch Mob; Nazi Newsom Attacks Arts

Death Penalty Democrat Attorney General Bill Lockyer won great applause from the barbaric death penalty lynch mob, the Califorina "peace" officers, aka the Gestapo, for promising to take the case of a person accused of killing a cop from the San Francisco DA who refuses to ask for the death penalty.

This is the same Democrat Bill Lockyer who tried to overturn a stay of execution of Kevin Cooper, but thanks to the strength of the current anti-death penalty movement, failed.

All of Europe has abolished the death penalty; to promote the death penalty in the 21st Century is to be criminally insane.

The Democrat and Republican Parties are the twin death penalty, war parties . Stop voting for any of their candidates. That is the only way we can put an end to this horrifying barbarism perpetrated with our tax dollars.

The socialist Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party are the only two anti-death penalty peace parties. They both have candidates on the ballot. If you do not find a committed anti-death penalty candidate for a given position, skip that postion . Stop voting for death penalty Democrats; they are not progressive; they are fascist reactionary barbarians.

Meanwhile Nazi Gavin Newsom, the current viciously reactionary election-frauding anti-tenant "mayor" of San Francisco, not only has done absolutely nothing to stop the killer cops from taking revenge for the San Francisco voters' opposition to the death penalty with a cop committing murder this past week and no charges filed; in the same week, he announces cuts in funding of the arts, the biggest money-maker in San Francisco, and the best antidote to the fascist warmongering mentality that prevails among all death penalty advocates. Nazi Newsom has chosen guns over butter.

The arts are hit with a 25% cut in city funding, while the 2200 member police department, in a city of 764,000 people in 49 square miles, with a wage of $80,000 and up per year per cop plus benefits, gets no cuts. It is the police department that should be abolished as it does not exist to fight crime at all; it exists to terrorize the workingclass so as to run the workingclass out of San Francisco so the real estate profiteers, whose mouthpiece is Nazi Newsom, can build condominiums for the rich . That is the reason Bayview Hunters Point, the Fillmore and the Mission Districts are under constant attack from the police. We are not only not safer with this police force; our lives are now in greater danger with their lynch mob mentality in calling for the death penalty because of a murder of a cop allegedly committed by one person. If someone who is not a cop is killed, and especially if someone is killed by a cop, the police and their politician puppets do not call for the death penalty. That is not law or democracy; that is lynch mob fascism.

Every single day of the year, the arts bring money to San Francisco not only in paying for the entertainment, part of which goes to our Grants for the Arts program, but also for related businesses, such as restaurants, hotels and taxi cabs. Whether it be all kinds of music, dance, theater, art galleries, photography shows, movies, videos, the crafts such as jewelry, pottery, leather goods, and specialty rugs; poetry readings, bookstores --every single day, this city benefits from the money spent on the arts and related businesses and services.

Only barbaric Neanderthals, such as that good Democrat Nazi Newsom would even think to do something so reactionary as cut the arts, much less also leaving the worthless police depatment intact. Newsom is also a proud supporter of the war in Iraq and the "Patriot" Act.

It is time to make it as impossible to be elected in San Francisco if one is a Democrat as it now is with being a Republican. The twin parties of war and fascism, the Democrats and Republicans, must be chased out of San Francisco if we are to have a livable city.
