Insane? Absurd? Not to me. Bush has raised $200 Million and counting from organizations such as Haliburton and the Carlisle Group that have benefited from sweetheart deals in Iraq. (at the taxpayers expense. And from all the incredibly wealthy people who benefited from his taxbreak for the rich. The only chance we have to beat him is to raise a similar amount . . . which we will do. if each of moveon.orgs 2 million members sends in $100, thats $200 million. And they will send it in because they know what's going to happen to their environment, their constitutional rights and the world if they don't . What is amazing is that Soros would chip in from his Billions. Maybe he just decided that he'd give back his taxbreak because in the end, a ruined country and a world full of hate (as a result of Bushes policies) doesn't benefit even the rich.
