In Sacramento, Joel Kovel to Speak on Saving the Earth

Joel Kovel will deliver the fourth anniversary lecture for the Marxist School of Sacramento, “Saving the Earth: A Socialism for the 21st Century,” on Sat., May 15 at 7:30 p.m. in Curtis Hall at the Sierra 2 Center, 2791-24 St., Sacto.

Kovel is a Green Party activist, author and scholar. He is also a professor at Bard College in New York.

This is a public event. A $5 donation is suggested.
