Berkeley Bowl Memo about Labor Board Charges

If you read between the lines of this memo. It almost seems as if Berkeley Bowl is making some sort of veiled threat or promise. Though they have not been to good at keeping promises to Berkeley Bowl employees over the last year, they have been pretty good at threatening people. And that my folks is what the NLRB charges are all about. Berkeley Bowl's intimidation tactics that were employed from early June 2003 till the NLRB election at the end of October, as well as the bribes and promises they made to various people before the election to get them to change their minds. Berkeley Bowl sabotaged the NLRB election last October, and that is why so many workers changed their minds from when a large majority had signed cards from May to September, til a decent majority voted against union representation in the NLRB election.
