SF cops attempt coup against elected officials (article)

While all of Europe has abolished the death penalty, the backward warmongering USA, with the highest infant mortality and lowest life expectancy in the industrialized world, has a lynch mob, a gang of armed thugs, the Democratic Party's police, marching around San Francisco promoting the barbaric death penalty, a class weapon of torture and murder against the workingclass by the capitalist class. They are whipped into this frenzy by that proud Democrat, Senator Dianne Feinstein, with no objection from any other Democratic Party official, proving once again that there is not a dime's worth of difference between the capitalist, death penalty Democrats and the capitalist death penalty Republicans. So please stop voting for anyone registered either Democrat or Republican at any level of government. There are only 2 anti-death penalty parties on the ballot, the socialist Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party.

Frontlines is certainly correct in what should have been immediately obvious to everyone, that this was a case of the local military gang, the police, attempting to take over the authority of an elected civilian official.

The death penalty is always a distraction from the issue of poverty and paying for guns instead of butter. I am glad Frontlines has confirmed the extent of the distraction. When I first heard about this incident, my question was what was this plainclothes cop doing there?

The destruction of Golden Gate Park by the Democratic Party is also another good reason to never vote for Democrats (or Republicans). See:

Please make the phone calls to Michael Ellzey of the GG Park Concourse Authority at 415-831-2704 and to Dick Young, President of the Music Concourse Community Partnership and big man from Bechtel at 415-788-7354 and demand that they and their construction crew get out of Golden Gate Park now.

Please also look in your San Francisco phone book's blue-striped white pages and call all the Democrats you can find and demand that they and their party get out of San Francisco now as we do not want any death penalty politicians or parties in San Francisco. We also do not want this same rotten party, and its twin, the Republican Party here because it is destroying our precious Golden Gate Park.

Above all, never, ever vote for any Democrat or Republican at any level of government. That will put an end to both parties for sure. Always vote your concience. That is the only hope for humanity.

I voted for Hallinan against Harris in this past election after she'd stated there was no corruption to pursue in City Hall or the police department.

I'm having second thoughts: certainly she's stood her ground on free speech civil rights (m20 antiwar march) and her capital punishment position, on the side of reason. While she hasn't yet started prosecuting bad cops (and there are a few in SF), I'm impressed by these displays of integrity.

I'll call the DA's office today to voice my support of these decisions.

If the DA has a "Moral" problem with the laws of California then she should step aside and allow another agency to take over. What if she has a "Moral" problem with child pornographers? Should she not prosecute them as well? If that is the case, why don't the people of San Francisco vote in someone like Chris Daly and then not enforce any laws (except the ones that protect his rich family).

First, anyone who does not have a moral problem with the death penalty should be committed to an institution for the criminally insane. Debating the death penalty in the 21st Century is not an option. No civilized society has the death penalty. There is of course nothing civilized about the United States; it is a stinking cesspool.

Not only do we have barbarians forming lynch mobs to perpetrate the heinous crime against humanity, the death penalty in San Francisco, but also in the course of their attempt to usurp civil authority, they called for the current elected district attorney to let her fellow Democrat, the notorious death penalty Democrat, Bill Lockyer, the current worthless attorney general, prosecute this murder case.

This is the same Bill Lockyer who not only illegally attempted to murder Kevin Cooper who did not commit the murders of which he was accused, he now states that he will not prosecute the fascist prison guards who beat the prisoners illegally, all shown on video. Our prison system is nothing less than a concentration camp system which should be abolished, as should the death penalty. Any system not committed to rehabilitation, education and job training for decent paying jobs is a waste of our tax dollars and is a fascist, concentration camp.

This is the trash the Democrats allow to represent them and who run for governor. We can be sure Lockyer is anxious to run for governor.

Again, anyone who supports the death penalty is by definition criminally insane. When you vote for the Democrat or Republican Party candidates, you are voting for death penalty parties, which is to say criminal organizations.

Only Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party are strongly and solidly anti-death penalty parties with all candidates opposed to the death penalty.
